  • blend in a food processor until grains are half their size.

  • Kiwi, berries, etc.

  • whipped cream
  • I just mix a small carton of heavy whipping cream and add powdered sugar to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a shallow baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, sprinkle cream of tartar over egg whites and beat until stiff (I had to look this up the first time).
